Late Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call or text and let us know.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment there will be a twenty dollar late fee added to the service.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and 100 percent of the total service charge is due.
It is to the discretion of Nelly's Hair Boutique as to whether you will be scheduled for future appointments.
Reschedule / Cancellations
At Nelly's Hair Boutique L.L.C., we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.
If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please use the Acuity Scheduling Application to make the appropriate changes.
We also understand things happen, so if you have to reschedule your appointment with us, please do so within 12 hours by using the Acuity Scheduling Application. Reschedules are not unlimited and after a certain ( to the discretion of Nelly's Hair Boutique) amount of reschedules your appointment will be canceled.
If you are no longer able to reschedule within the application, another deposit is asked of you. Any appointment that is canceled outside of the window will be charged 100 percent of the service fee.

No call no show appointments will be charged the full amount of the service missed.
